Staff was very pleasant. The food was good and the restaurant was clean
I agree with the other reviewers. The employees argue with each other. It's not professional at all. It seems like a chaotic and dysfunctional work environment. I gave an extra star because the grits, hash browns and buttered toast were good. Prior to this experience I applied and attended their new employee orientation. After the trainer denied an employee the opportunity to use the bathroom I knew it wasn't a place I wanted to work for so I left and found a better job. After eating here I realized my suspicions about the work environment were correct and I also realized I didn't want to eat here again. I had a "new customer" coupon and the manager wouldn't honor it. I think he just couldn't be bothered with trying to figure out how to ring up the coupon.
The food and service was real nice. The omelet was just right without a grease all over the plate and they have apple butter jelly. When I'm in the Fayetteville, NC area this 9s the only waffle house that i go to.
this is my first time going to this location. the food was good and the place was clean. the employees were nice to. will update the more i go there ive only lived in the area for a year now and am learning about all the fast food and restaurants around here
