I was in town for a business trip and visited this establishment to order pizzas for new employees. It was neat to watch the status of my order on a TV screen while I waited, however it was dirty inside. Fairly new place and sad to see employees wearing very dirty shirts, grime and grease on the floor, countertops and computers. I am giving this place three stars because everyone enjoyed the food (I chose not to eat based on concerns) and because the woman who took my order was very friendly and personable.
Horrible! The food arrived around an hour after ordering. The pizza was burnt and very hard. We tried to eat the pizza considering we just spent a good amount of money. We all became sick after eating one slice. Will never again order from this place. Just go to Papa Johns. Better customer service and food.
Didn't enjoy working at this location. Now I don't like ordering from here anymore. Tired of uneven pizza slices on certain day shifts. This is not the first awful experience I've had with this location, but it will surely be the last. Received pizza with barely any cheese and barely melted. The crust was hand tossed when I asked for pan. When I called to complain I was told to call back. Then I called back and was left on hold so I complained to corporate online. I'll order Pizza Hut again but not from here. It's unpleasant all around.
If I could give less stars I would. We received three pizzas before they got our order right. They continuously put pepperoni on my pizzas and I am vegetarian I explained this and when I went to pick up my corrected order they still had pepperoni on it and now it's hours after the original order. The staff was playing while making the pizzas when I went to pick it up also while another employee was ordering they were tickling her. Maybe this is why they can't get an order right. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we go again a couple weeks later and again send me pepperoni. When called the people on the phone may have been nice but when the corrected pizza was sent to me it was scattered around pieces on top of one another baked horrible and looks like it was dropped and kicked around or some sorts. I don't know how they expect to have return service if they cannot get things right and cannot correct things properly. I am in the customer service industry and understand things happen sometimes but honestly if I gave the service I have recieved these two times at Pizza Hut I would be fired.
I usually won't post reviews, but this Pizza Hut is the best I've ever found. They're friendly and fast. Great employees and the pizza is awesome. I absolutely love this place! My order is alway correct and hot when I get there. Mind you its a 20 to 30 minute drive from my home and no delivery places come out this far, my point being is that I don't mind the drive to THIS Pizza Hut. Keep it up guys.
