For two days I have been trying to call this location. 166 tries today and all I get is a busy tone. This is ridiculous.

Got there early, anticipating a long wait. Was in and out in less than an hour. The ladies that work there were friendly and efficient. I've heard of lines being wrapped around the building, not the case , when I was there.
I've been in this office twice. Once, to obtain my new driver's license and a second time to help my boyfriend obtain a state id. Being new residents, there were a few challenges with have the correct paperwork readily available. The ladies were able to assist us with changing insurances to NC via fax and completing our veteran, voting and organ donor options. While there are only two employees (very helpful and friendly), we were in and out in under an hour each time and had no issues with waiting.
It's a DMV. No one thinks "oh a DMV this experience will be very enjoyable and my wait will be minimal". So I would say the wait times here are typical of a DMV. The building is very small and there is only space for two employees to work. If one employee needs to leave to administer a driving test then it slows down even more. But the good part is that the ladies that work there somehow manage to maintain a positive attitude and are very pleasant to be around.
