I went in and wanted an X-ray. They gave me an x-ray, I paid $300. 00 before I left. I received three more bills that totaled over $1000. I'll shoot myself between the eyes before I go back there. Do yourself a favor, go to Cape Fear or drive to Chapel Hill.
The worst emmargacy room ever ! My husband has servial asthma and the nursed was playing around taking about Christmas socks ! It took an hour for someone to even check him out! Don’t recommend anyone to go here.
The lab staff is completely unprofessional and had horrible attitudes. I have never experienced such poor service. I would not want anyone to experience a staff like that. I asked for their names and they refused. That goes to show you how poorly they just treated their patients.
If I could put a zero I would. Every personnel working today was unprofessional. From the clerk who checked us in to the doctor who acted as if my concerns were not valid. Worst visit!!!
Brought family member here to the ER. Service was fast. Staff was friendly and professional. Very clean. Will definitely be back here in the future instead of Cape Fear.
