The staff members are very helpful and very friendly! They also offer children swim classes.
I love this place and the classes. Great personalities employees. Very knowledgeable about thier jobs and are serious about giving you the workout that you pay for, also they treat you like family.

Great place and the staff is always pleasant. The Sit to Be Fit classes are awesome. Don't let the name fool you. They work every muscle in your body!!! But it is so much fun!
