Sometimes going through one of the big online flower places can be hit or miss. This time my order was assigned to these folks and I'll likely be bypassing the online retailer altogether in the future. NEVER have I received a phone call telling me updates on my order and that was just OUTSTANDING! Even got a call letting me know he was about to walk in the building where the flowers were going!
