Ann is a professional stylist and phenomenal with her work. She has been doing my hair for a few years now and I’m happy with the results. She gives expert advice when I want to do something different and sometimes not in my best interest for my hair. Ann’s awesome and I can’t wait for God to bring her into her own beauty salon business. It will be well deserved!
I came into the salon to have them lighten my hair. I knew it would be a process....I wanted to go from a medium brown with a tint of violet, to a dark blond/light brown. They initially over bleached my hair and had to re process the bleach two more times. She then began to blow dry my hair....as if we were done- my hair was platinum ORANGE! She told me that she thought it was a "nice lightened colored in comparison." I said that I could not accept this color! At this point my scalp was on fire! So she put in an actual color to rectify the orange- which she felt was a "nice color." After 10 minutes of processing ANOTHER color, I noticed that my platinum orange color was not going away. Then she re washed my hair and put in yet ANOTHER color! My scalp is actually peeling. My shirt was soaked and I had them leave my hair damp because my scalp was in too much pain. The outside picture is what I looked like leaving the salon. My shirt was soaked and my sweat pants were bleached. The owner wanted to charge me 125$ after all that HELL they put me through....and a scalp that I'll probably need medical attention for. She asked me if I expected "not to pay." She ended up charging me $80. So I left today- with a peeling scalp, a soaked t-shirt, bleached pants and best of all- ORANGE HAIR. Sure, this place looks great from outside and even on the inside....but the truth is in their services. Trust me, you'd get a better service from Fantastic Sams.
I highly recommend this salon to everyone. The products, professional mannerism and positive attitudes are always superior. The stylist are far more than knowledgeable about all types of hair with awesome qualifications. Honesty has been the number one rule from every stylist in this salon. If your in the area, stop by for a relaxing and comfortable feeling. I promise you will not be regretful. The body waxing services are impeccable. Quality products are used, and after weeks I still have satisfactory results. Thank you for the opportunity to visit your salon. After years of searching, I now have found my one stop shop!
I have had my hair colored, cut, styled and always was very satisfied. And not to say lashes; gorgeous and stayed on for weeks. Always excellent service. Will be back!!
